Fraises de Bois-French Alpine Strawberries

One of the 1000 Things to Eat Before you Die are little, alpine strawberries from France.  Called Fraises des Bois, these little strawberries are not just delicious but they are cute like small things are (think puppies or kittens). 

I planted a few plants last year but only one really took. The poor little plant has been providing me a handful of berries almost every other day for several weeks.  Nice!
