I have an amazing discovery and it is called Cozymeals.  While they have in person classes, they also have online courses.  As many people who would like can watch the course together and in two hours you have a complete dinner.  My friend Sandy and I took the Sushi rolling class that was taught by a sushi chef from Calgary.  We learned to make two different pes of rolls and a hand roll.  None of what we were taught was really difficult but the chef was engaging, the tips were helpful and we had a blast. In addition to the sushi we learned how to make a sweet mango sauce and a spicy dynamite sauce. The next day Sunny and I took a Spanish tapas class-making a Spanish version of bruschetta and a Spanish tortilla.  I have made tortilla a few dozen times before but learned I had been doing it incorrectly all along. I will concede that the “correct” way is better.  It is a fabulous way to take eggs, potatoes an onions and turn them into something amazing.  This course was taught by a chef in Madrid.  Once again, he was engaging nd the tips were helpful.  Have an evening and want to learn something new?  Look up Cozymeal.
