Vareniki-Ukrainian Mini-Dumplings

So my new favorite grocery store-Atlas Market in Poway-sells bulk Pelmini (Russian) dumplings but also Vareniki. Vareniki were not on the CNN list but I figured if they are something yummy covered in dough, I was game to try them. They are nice , bite-sized little dumplings that are usually served pan fried. I boiled them 3 minutes and then pan-fried in butter and browned onions. Yum.
