Daifuku Dumplings

If you look at these, they look just like the frozen Mochi you can find at your local grocery store(but are not the same) AND they are #27 on the CNN Dumpling list. They are rice flour balls, stuffed with fruit. Not frozen but chilled. According to the internet, these are the things your bring when invited to your friend’s house. I brought them to the Papineau’s for Superbowl Sunday. Am just getting around to posting now… as the superbowl is just a distant memory… I am pretty sure these are not a typical Superbowl food but they are on the CNN dumpling list and they were nice. My favorite? The mango version. Where to easily get them locally? Atlas Market.
