Patter with Lingonberry Berry Jam and Powdered Sugar

Today Niki and I made Platter.  Platter are very small Swedish pancake which are closer to a crepe than a pancake.  To make them you need a platter pan-I bought mine on Amazon-which has six small indents used to form the batter into a pancake. The batter is very thin and is mostly egg and milk with a small amount of flour and sugar thrown in.  The pancakes bake to a crisp brown on one side and remain crepe-like on the other. Eaten with lingonberry jam and powder sugar, it is obvious why these would be one of the 1000 Foods to Eat Before You Die.
