Chocolates by Jean-Paul Hevin

One of the 1000 Foods to eat Before you Die are chocolates by Jean-Paul Hevin-a chocolatier from France. I, of course, tried to have them mailed but they can’t be mailed to the US. I tried to have them mailed to Canada (smallest package cost more than $100 in shipping). i was fortunate to have the parents of a friend of Elena’s send me some after their trip to Paris. Are they worth it? (Anyone who knows me knows that I have had my share of chocolates). They were really, really amazing-each chocolate was very distinctly flavored from the next. Are they a 1000 thing? Yeah.
