Brodetto Vasteste: Venetian Fisherman’s Stew

Anther 1000 thing I was able to try this past trip was Brodetto Vastese which is an Italian Fisherman’s Stew. Cooked in a tomato and red pepper broth, it is  spilling with multiple types of seafood that graces the pot just long enough to be cooked but still firm and tender.  I know that the picture does not do the soup credit but what can be seen is just how much seafood is incorporated-it is literally a plate of delicious seafood with a broth waived over the top…
