I do love oysters. I love them pan fried, deep fried, raw on the half-shell and in any type of stew or bisque.  Last night Keri introduced me to a Nola specialty which is a char-broiled oyster.  I googled to see if Drago’s recipe (and Drago’s is Keri’s favorite spot) was available on line and it is.  The recipe helps explain why these are so amazing:  butter, garlic, cheese.  I am sure that you realize from my many, many postings about cheese that anything with cheese  is something I am likely to want to eat.  So, go to Nola and visit Drago’s or make them yourself. Either way, give char-broiled oysters a try…
