Star Apple

Elena is home so I ordered star apple.  Star apple is, of course, a 1000 thing. This is a fruit that grows in the lower Antilles but can now be found in most of the Caribbean and South America.  It is bit like a persimmon or lychee and when you cut it in half, it looks like a star so is really pretty.  We are fans.
