Rolled Cheese Dumplings: Slovenia

I do have a thing for dumplings and there are 30 that CNN thinks you should eat and while they include a Slovakian dumpling, Slovenia is left off the list. This seems to e entirely unfair as Slovenia has an amazing rolled cottage cheese dumpling that we have had in several shapes and sizes-Elena had it in the Christmas market, Ivan had it covered with sauce with a side of roasted lamb leg and I had a pumpkin version along with my beef cheeks at the Restaurant Most. Yum.
