Americana Restaurant in Del Mar & Green Eggs and Ham

I have driven past Americana in Del Mar a million times without stopping and I do regret that now.  Niki came to visit me from Philadelphia and we sent to have breakfast. The menu is huge but I settled on Green Eggs and Ham if for nothing else to check off yet another item of of Mimi’s 1000 Things list.  What are in green eggs and ham other than eggs and ham?  In this case cheese and pesto.  they are, in fact, very green but the combo is delicious.  I will be back-hopefully Niki will visit me again, too.
